We welcome Nurse Practitioner Breanna Carr and Registered Practical Nurse Emma Prinzen from the Prince Edward Family Health Team to tell us about this year’s theme, “The Power of Nurses to Transform Health”. We’ll also learn how nursing professionals here in Prince Edward County play a critical role in delivering primary health and how the Government’s plan to transform primary care in Ontario is changing the roles, programs and services offered by the Family Health Team.
