The Prince Edward Learning Centre offers an annual Tax Clinic where eligible residents can receive assistance from volunteers to complete and file tax returns. We talk with tax clinic volunteer Anne Russell about why we should file our taxes, how the PELC can help, and who is eligible for assistance.
